Revolver Nagant (model 1895)
Classics of the Russian arms industry
The
Nagant revolver is a legendary military weapon that was in service with the Russian Empire and the USSR and was used in both world wars. Its distinctive feature is the unique design of the vent: when cocking the trigger, the drum moves forward, pressing tightly against the barrel, which minimizes the leakage of powder gases and increases the muzzle velocity of the bullet. This makes the Revolver the only revolver with an almost hermetically sealed joint between the drum and the barrel.
The weapon is appreciated by collectors and lovers of classic revolvers for its historical significance, reliability and original mechanism. It is suitable both for shooting and as an exhibit in the collection.
